Anne D. Kendall, CPA, MSA, MBA
Founder | ADK CPA & Associates, PC
Anne founded ADK CPA & Associates with a vision of providing experienced, personalized tax services built on trust, communication, transparency, and lasting client relationships. With more than 23 years of combined professional experience in public accounting, finance and investment banking, Anne brings a broad perspective to each client engagement. Her career began in banking and finance, primarily on Wall Street in New York City, where she developed expertise in credit analysis, investment banking and complex financial transactions.
After a successful career in finance, Anne devoted a significant chapter of her life to raising her family while remaining actively involved in community leadership, nonprofit boards, and fundraising initiatives. These experiences further strengthened her commitment to service, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships.
Building on an earlier career in investment banking, Anne returned to graduate school to pursue accounting, subsequently earning her Masters in Accounting, a California CPA license and establishing a career in public tax accounting serving closely held businesses and individuals with complex tax needs. Her combination of financial and tax experience provides a valuable perspective when helping clients understand their tax obligations, evaluate alternatives, and navigate complex decisions.

Why I Founded ADK CPA & Associates
I established ADK CPA & Associates because I wanted to build a practice that reflects my values and the way I believe professional relationships should work. My goal is to build long-term relationships with clients who value experienced guidance, transparency, straightforward communication, and a collaborative approach.
I have also made a deliberate investment in sophisticated professional technology to provide a secure, efficient, and convenient client experience—without sacrificing the personal attention that is central to my practice.
